Stratton Creber Commercial has been named the most active commercial agent in Devon. The firm received the Most Active Agent Award for Devon 2014 from EGi, the online arm of the property industry’s leading journal Estates Gazette.
Widely recognised as one of the top accolades for commercial property agents, the EGi awards celebrate the number of transactions completed each year. It is the fourth consecutive year that the Plymouth practice has been named as Devon’s most active, meaning the firm has let, sold and acquired more than anyone else in the county’s commercial sector.
EGi invites agents to submit records of their deals before compiling a comprehensive list of the most active across the UK for the twelve months to August 2014.
Managing Director Chris Ryland says: “We are delighted to be named the most active agent for the fourth year running.
“This recognises our commitment to the sector with the largest dedicated agency team in Plymouth.
“The award also provides reassurance for our clients who trust us to maximise the value of their property assets. We are proud to be at the forefront of promoting and enabling business opportunity in Devon and Cornwall, especially during these exciting times for the sector.”
The firm’s Truro office, which successfully entered the professional services market earlier this year, was named third most active agent in Cornwall. Based in Plymouth, Truro and Exeter, Stratton Creber Commercial provides specialist commercial property advice throughout the South West.
The firm’s services include: agency, acquisition and disposal, property management, business rate appeals, property valuations, lease renewals and rent reviews, development, building consultancy and specialist services for the medical sector.
Evolving into its current format from a management buyout in 1997, Stratton Creber Commercial has grown from modest beginnings to become one of the largest providers of commercial property services in the region.
