Property firm boosts agency department with new appointment in Cornwall
Stratton Creber Commercial has announced a new appointment within its Truro office.
Commercial agent Joseph Rea will head up the firm’s agency activities in Cornwall, specialising in the disposal and acquisition of retail, office, industrial and investment properties within the busy agency department.
Having worked within the residential sector for more than 15 years, Joe read Law at Plymouth University, graduating in 2008.
He went on to work for McCarthy & Stone and Churchill Retirement Living before deciding to move into the commercial property sector.
Educated at Polwhele House and Penair Secondary School, Joe completed his A levels at Truro College.
He says: “I am looking forward to this new phase of my career in commercial property.
“I will be out and about meeting fellow professionals in Cornwall and have already attended a number of networking events representing Stratton Creber Commercial.”
Managing Director Chris Ryland says: “We are really pleased to welcome Joe on board to lead our agency activities throughout Cornwall.
“Joe’s experience in residential property will transfer well to the commercial sector and we are pleased to be moving the agency department on during an exciting time for the county.”
